研究方向:
乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染,特别是慢性感染,可引起慢性乙型肝炎、肝硬化和肝癌等严重后果,是重大的公共卫生问题,2016年世界卫生组织提出了“2030年消除病毒性肝炎的威胁”的目标。目前HBV感染可预防、可诊断、可治疗,但慢性感染难以彻底治愈。
HBV是易变异的病毒,我们以HBV变异及其生物学和临床意义为研究方向,应用病毒学、分子生物学和免疫学等技术方法,结合临床病例,开展基础和临床相结合的研究。从临床标本分析入手,发现和鉴定有意义的病毒突变类型,并在体外研究突变株对病毒生物学特性、耐药性、致病性、免疫逃逸等特性的影响和机制,已发表一系列相关研究论文,曾获得秦皇岛市科技进步一等奖、河北省科学技术进步奖三等奖、bat365官网登录入口SCI论文引用奖和优秀SCI论文奖等奖励。

(1)国自然面上项目“揭示乙型肝炎表面抗原新突变对病毒复制的影响及突变株传播的新途径”的课题负责人;
(2)十三五传染病重大专项课题“乙型肝炎临床治愈及疾病进展相关的新生物标志物及预测模型建立”任务负责人;
(3)十三五传染病重大专项课题“艾滋病疫苗研究”任务负责人。

本科毕业于北京农业大学,硕士毕业于清华大学,博士毕业于瑞典Ume?大学。从进入大学起,从未离开过微生物学领域,从事过农业、环境、工业和医学微生物学研究工作。是北京微生物学会第八、九和十届理事,第二届中国微生物学会临床微生物学专业委员会流行病学组委员,中联肝健康促进中心理事。担任Journal of Medical Virology、Journal of Virological Methods、Antiviral Therapy、Antiviral Research、Journal of Viral Hepatitis、Infection Genetics and Evolution、Infection and Drug Resistance等国际学术期刊和多家中文学术期刊的同行评审专家。
