研究方向

崔庆华目前主要研究方向为医学生物信息学,围绕着(1)心脑血管疾病、癌症、糖尿病等重大复杂疾病关键miRNA/lncRNA的计算机识别、(2)miRNA/lncRNA在疾病中调控规律的数据挖掘、(3)基于RNA的计算机辅助药物研发等科学问题,在Nucleic Acids ResearchBioinformatics等杂志发表第一作者(含共同)SCI论文7篇,通讯作者(含共同)SCI研究论文60篇,创建医学生物信息学平台30余个。他主持和参与了NSFC、科技部等课题10余项。2014年获得国家自然科学基金委优秀青年基金支持。已授权中国专利、国际专利和美国专利各1项。
