  研究领域及方向

  研究领域:2型糖尿病及其血管病变发生机制;研究方向:胰岛β细胞功能障碍及肝脏糖脂代谢异常在2型糖尿病发生发展过程中的作用;糖尿病血管病变。

  

  主要研究课题:

  1)胰岛β细胞增殖及胰岛素分泌调控机制研究。FAM3新基因家族在胰岛素β细胞功能代谢调控中的作用。营养物质代谢对β细胞功能代谢的调控。

  2)脂肪肝发生机制及其在血糖稳态失衡过程中的作用。

  3)核受体PPARs在机体糖脂代谢及改善糖尿病并发症中的作用及机制。

  4)非编码RNA(miRNAs/LncRNAs)在糖脂代谢调控中的作用。

  

  目前已在Hepatology、Diabetes、ATVB、JMCB、BBA、JBC、JMCC及Nutr Rev等国际著名期刊上发表SCI研究论文50余篇,总影响因子约280,其中第一及通讯作者论文28篇,总影响因子约150。近年来以通讯作者身份在Hepatology、Diabetes、NAR、JMCB、BBA、ATVB、JMCC、Nutr Rev等国际著名期刊上发表论文18篇,总IF约100,其中IF>5.0的10篇。在国内核心期刊上发表论文20余篇。论文引用指数H-index为22.
